We have all spent an afternoon looking for a policy nobody could find. That is where the platform starts.

At DQC and Fellowmind he held commercial responsibility for more than a hundred application development projects. He has bought the templates and the consulting hours himself, because there was no compliance department to call.

Thirty years in investment and acquisition companies, including as co-founder and deputy chair of Stockwik Förvaltning and CEO of Stjärna Fyrkant. Before that, corporate finance, M&A and stock market listings at a bank, then finance director of a large consulting group and founder of two accounting firms. He has run smaller companies the size Polaris is built for and knows the burden from the inside.

A senior lawyer who has worked at IPM, Euroclear and G Grönberg Advokatbyrå, now advising on projects and interim assignments. He checks that what Polaris generates holds up legally, so that what you produce survives an audit or a customer review.

Head of IT at Moment Group, previously at Mecon Group, Casabella, Mobiplus and Plint. He turns compliance requirements into system architecture, so the platform stays secure and stable as the customer base grows.

A commercial leader in fintech, currently General Manager for lending, after helping build Lunar Bank and Lendify. He works on how Polaris is packaged, priced and taken to market.
